Who we are

Kamio is the brand of KAMIO LIFESTYLE. Our address and contact details are at the end of this page. When you place an order with us, you agree to these terms and to our Shipping and delivery, Cancellation, Refund and replacement and Privacy policies.

Quotes and prices

• Prices shown on this website are a guide. The price for your order is the one in the quote we send you, for the product, quantity and design described there.
• A quote is valid for the period written on it.
• Taxes and delivery charges are shown in the quote.
• If you change the product, quantity or design, the price can change. We send you a fresh quote before going ahead.

How an order is confirmed

An order is confirmed when two things have happened: you have approved the mockup, and for team orders the sheet of names, numbers and sizes, and we have received the advance.

Proofs and approval

• We send a mockup before production. For team orders we also send a sheet with every name, number and size.
• Please check spellings, numbers, sizes, colours and the position of each print. We print what you approve.
• For stitched orders we may also show you the first finished piece before the rest are made.

Payment

• An advance is paid before production starts and the balance before dispatch or pickup, unless we agree something else in writing.
• Pay by UPI or bank transfer to the account printed on our quotation or invoice. Other ways can be agreed with us.
• We issue a GST tax invoice for your order.
• Pay only to the account or UPI ID printed on our quotation or invoice. We never ask for a card number, a password or an OTP.

Your designs, logos and names

• You confirm that you have the right to use the logos, names, photos and artwork you send us. The responsibility for that content is yours.
• We do not print designs that copy another brand, club or person without permission. We may refuse artwork that is unlawful or offensive.
• Your artwork stays yours. We use it only to make your order and to keep it ready for a reorder.

Logos and brand names on this website

• The Kamio name and logo belong to KAMIO LIFESTYLE.
• The logos and names shown under our clients belong to those companies and organisations. They are shown only to say that we have made products for them. It does not mean that they endorse Kamio or are our partners.
• Logos of the sites where we are rated, such as Google, Justdial and IndiaMART, belong to those companies. They are shown only to point to our listings there.
• If you own a logo shown here and want it removed, write to us and we will take it down.

Colours and sizes

We match colours as closely as the fabric and the print method allow. Small differences from a screen, or from an earlier batch, can happen. Garment sizes can vary slightly from the size chart.

Photos of your order

We may photograph finished orders for our records. We ask before showing your order, name or logo on our website or social media.

Things outside our control

Floods, strikes, power or transport failures, government orders and similar events can stop or delay work. If that happens, we tell you and agree a new date with you.

If something goes wrong

If we make a mistake, we reprint, replace or refund as set out in our Refund and replacement policy. Our responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for other losses that follow from a delay or a defect, such as the cost of an event. This does not take away any right you have under consumer law.

Complaints

Write to our grievance officer, named below. A complaint is acknowledged within 48 hours and settled within one month.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. This does not take away any right a consumer has under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The terms that apply to your order are the ones on this page on the day your order was confirmed.
