Who we are

Kamio is the brand of KAMIO LIFESTYLE, a custom apparel and merchandise printing unit near Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. In this policy "we" and "us" mean KAMIO LIFESTYLE. We decide how the personal data described here is used. Our address and contact details are at the end of this page.

This policy covers kamio.in and the enquiries and orders that start here. It follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it.

What we collect

What you give us

• Quote, contact and reorder forms: your name, mobile number, city, PIN code and state, email address if you add it, the product details you choose, your message and the date you need the order.
• Files you attach: logos, artwork, photos and lists of names.
• Player and name lists: the names, numbers and sizes to be printed. If you send us details of other people, such as team members, staff or students, please make sure they know.
• Order details: delivery address, GST number if you want it on the invoice, and a record of what you paid. We do not collect or store card, UPI or bank login details on this website.

What is collected automatically

• Technical details: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you open and the time. Our server records these to keep the website secure and working.
• Where you came from: if you arrive through an advertisement or a link with tracking tags, we store those tags with your enquiry so we know which channel it came from.

Cookies and similar tools

• Necessary cookies: one keeps your session while you fill in a form and one protects the form from misuse. The website does not work without them, so they are always on.
• Spam check: our forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated programs. Cloudflare receives technical details of your browser for this purpose only.
• Analytics, only if you agree: if you accept cookies in the banner, Google Analytics records which pages are visited. It does not receive what you type into our forms. If you decline, it is not loaded. Your choice is saved in your browser, and you can change it by clearing this site's data in your browser.
• Map: the Google map on the contact page loads only when you tap to show it.
• PIN code: when you type a PIN code, our server looks up the city and state in the India Post directory. Only the PIN code is sent, nothing about you.

Why we use your data

• to reply to your enquiry and send you a quote and a mockup
• to make, check, deliver and invoice your order
• to show you the stage of your order on the Track page, when you enter your reference number and mobile number
• to keep your design and sizes so that a reorder matches the first order
• to meet tax and accounting law
• to keep the website secure and stop spam
• to understand which pages are useful, if you accepted analytics

We do not sell your data. We do not send marketing messages unless you ask to hear from us, and you can tell us to stop at any time.

Who we share it with

Only with those who need it to complete your order or run this website, and only as much as they need:

• Courier and transport companies: your name, mobile number and delivery address.
• Payment providers and banks: to receive your payment and issue refunds.
• Service providers: the companies that host this website, send our emails, protect the site from spam and, if you agreed, provide analytics.
• Authorities: when the law requires it.

Some of these providers may store data on servers outside India.

Links to your quotation or invoice

We may send you a private link to your quotation or invoice. Anyone who has the link can open that document until the link expires, so share it only with people who should see it.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not become orders: kept so we can find your earlier request if you come back, until you ask us to delete them.
• Orders, mockups and name lists: kept so you can reorder, until you ask us to delete them.
• Working print files: deleted a set time after the order is finished.
• Invoices and payment records: for as long as Indian tax law requires.
• Server logs: for a limited period, for security.

How we protect it

Files you upload are stored privately and can be opened only by our staff who are signed in. The website uses an encrypted connection (https). Access to enquiries, orders and payments is limited to the people who handle them, and what staff do is logged. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you
• correct, complete or update it
• delete it, where we do not have to keep it by law
• stop using it, by withdrawing your consent
• record a person who may act for you if you are unable to

To use any of these, write to us at the contact details below, from the mobile number or email you used with us, so we can confirm it is you. We reply within 30 days.

Children

If an order includes the names or sizes of children, for example for a school or an academy, it must be placed by a parent, guardian or the institution. We do not knowingly collect data directly from anyone under 18, and we do not track or advertise to children.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handled your data, write to our grievance officer, named below. If we do not resolve it, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we update this page and the date below. If a change affects how we use data you have already given us, we tell you before it applies.
