Why cancelling is limited

Every piece is made only for you, with your design, names and sizes. Once it is printed, it cannot be sold to anyone else. That is why an order can be cancelled freely only before work on it begins.

Before you approve the design

You can cancel any time before you approve the final mockup or proof.

• If we have not started work or bought material for your order, the advance is refunded in full.
• If we have already bought material or done design work for you, we deduct only that cost and refund the rest. We tell you the amount and what it is for.

After you approve and production starts

Once you approve the proof and production begins, the order cannot be cancelled. If you need a change at this stage, tell us at once. We will say plainly whether it is still possible and what it would cost.

If we cannot make your order

If we cannot make your order, or cannot meet a date we confirmed in writing, we tell you straight away. You get back what you paid for the part we cannot deliver. We never charge for a cancellation that is caused by us.

How to cancel

Call or message us with your order reference, or write to us through the contact page. The cancellation counts from the time your message reaches us. We confirm it, and any refund, in writing.

How the refund is paid

• An agreed refund goes back the way you paid.
• We start it within 7 working days of confirming the cancellation. After that, banks and UPI apps usually take 5 to 10 working days to show the money in your account.
• If you paid in cash, we refund by UPI or bank transfer to the account you give us.
• Where a tax invoice was issued, we issue a credit note for the refunded amount.
